Advisory Commission Purpose:
The Prescription Drug Monitoring Program Advisory Commission (PDMP-AC) is created for the purposes of:
OHA provides staff support and work with Advisory Commission members to convene and organize Commission meetings.
Meeting Agenda and Minutes:
For 2016 the PDMP Advisory Commission will meet quarterly at the Portland State Office Buidling, 800 NE Oregon Street, Room 918, Portland, OR 97232 on January 15, April 15 (rescheduled to June 17, 2016), July 15 (rescheduled to August 26, 2016), and October 21. Meetings begin at 1:00 p.m.

The Advisory Commission shall consist of 11 members appointed by OHA as follows:
The term of office of each member of the PDMP Advisory Commission is for four years, but a member serves at the pleasure of the OHA. Before the expiration of the term of a member, the department shall appoint a successor whose term will begin July 1 of the following term. A member is eligible for reappointment. If there is a vacancy for any cause, the department shall make an appointment to become effective immediately.
